Amateur Reviewer: Anthea Foulkes reviews Jarrah Ridge Colombard Chardonnay 2005.

I must confess that when I first bought this wine I had a few misgivings but I was persuaded to try it. Now I am completely won over to this brisk and refreshing medium-dry white wine with it's delicious fruity notes.

I am no expert but find this equally drinkable as an aperitif or to accompany fish or chicken. It is certainly a must for my 'fridge both for quality and price. Now I just have to ask the nice young man in the shop to carry a case home for me!

Thank you for your recommendation; well done discovering it.

At just £4.50 a bottle this is a steal.
Buy it now in the shop. Hint: We suggest 6 of the Colombard and 6 of the equally good Cabernet/Shiraz 2004!
