Delivery Details

Delivery will be free of charge within the Storrington area. Delivery to other areas of mainland United Kingdom will be charged as shown on the checkout page; currently this is £10.00 per case inc. VAT with 2 or more cases FREE.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands and outside the United Kingdom will be subject to individual quotations given by email on receipt of your order.

Overseas Customers will be notified of the shipping costs before an order is accepted. Should the shipping costs be deemed too high the customer is free to cancel the order without penalty.

All deliveries must be checked by the buyer on receipt, any loss or damage must be notified to the carrier and The Old Forge Wine Cellar or The World of Wine within 24 hours by email, by telephone on +44 (0) 1903 744246 or by facsimile on +44 (0) 1903 742540.

Any such discrepancies not notified within 48 hours of delivery will be deemed unacceptable. Should we be unable to dispatch within 10 working days of receipt of your order we will e-mail your given address to inform you of a proposed dispatch date. Should this revised delivery date be unacceptable the order may be cancelled without penalty.

Payments are to be made by Credit, Debit or Switch cards with a completed order form. You may be requested for some or all of the security number printed on the signature strip of your credit card to confirm that the card is in your possession.

Card payments will not be processed until the wine is dispatched.

Vintages change regularly and in the event of a vintage not being available we will notify the buyer prior to shipment and request approval to ship the new vintage. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order we will inform you by e-mail, and may suggest an alternative for your consideration.

Pricing Information.

All prices quoted in the list, unless otherwise stated, are for full bottles of 75cl.

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate, changes in this rate will be reflected in the price.

Price changes will be notified to the buyer prior to acceptance of an order if they differ from the price stated on this list.
